What do you get if you cross a pig and a centipede? Bacon and legs. Who did Dracula marry? The girl necks door. With hundreds of hysterical riddles to choose from, there's non-stop amusement. Kids will keep dipping into this kooky, crazy collection, just for laughs. The subjects range from "Bugs, Beasts, and Birds" to "You Could Have Food Me." There are even "Goofball Poems" like this:

It's a dog's delight to bark all night,
And a nightingale's to sing.
And if you sit on a red-hot stove,
It's the sign of an early spring.

Every one is fun.

These collections feature jokes (including knock-knocks), straightforward riddles, riddles presenting the answers first, goofy rhymes, variations on "See you later, Alligator" and "Ants in your pants," nutty conversations, tongue twisters, and assorted witticisms. Although there are many clunkers, and kids probably won't get the jokes involving Sanka, Datsuns, and other dated reference points, at least there's plenty to choose from. Ind.
