Everyone's favorite ornithological operatives are back! When the Penguins send Private out on an important mission for the key ingredient for an upcoming caper, he disappears! Frantic to find their feathered friend, they launch a search party, only to discover that Private has gone native with the humans! He has his own apartment! And a dog!
